BALTIC BLOC
SEEKS PACT WITH SOVIET. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, (Received January 6, 7.35 p.m.) RIGA, January 5. The foreign ministers of Esthonia, Finland and Latvia, at a conference in Revnl. decided to resume negotiations for a guarantee pact with the Soviet, and also to advocate a Scandinavian Baltic bloc to safeguard theii interests at the next election of th' League of Nations Council.
