ADVISORY TRUSTEES Testators can arrange for tlio appointment of advisory trustees to co-operate -with the State-guaranteed Public Trustee. Such advisory trustees may be the family solicitors or business associates of the testator or other persons who are specially fitted to act in an advisory capacity in the practical management of the estate. Several advisory trust eon may bo appointed in each estate to advise with regard to til© administration of any particular asset or the maintenance and education of children or other dependants* or any other special feature of tlio estate in which expert or special assistance is desirable. By this means any testator is enabled to obtain for his estate all the advantages of the State-guarnntecd Public Trust Office, combined with special business knowledge or ability of the persons whom lie selects to act as advisory trustees.
