SWIMMING CARNIVAL

RACES AT TE ARO BATHS FANCY DIVING DISPLAY. The Te Aro Baths were the Mecco of all swimming enthusiasts on Saturday afternoon, wnen the Wellington Swimming Centro held a carnival, which was a great success. There were many entries and the handicappers had their work cut out all afternoon. The races were keenly contested, there being some remarkably close finishes. The swimmers were all in good form, especially Rix Trott, who is fast making a narno for himself in the swimming world. Watson, Least and Buxton were also in good form.
