Only seven nominations were received, aind thefc were declared elected, aa follow:—F. A. Angell, G. A. Lawrence, A. A. Moore, H. D. Morgan, A- McMahon, A. Waste ington, and C. W. R. Watson. Mr W. Miller was the returning officer. Johnsonville is also entitled to on* representative on the Hutt Valley Eieotriu Power Board, j and there was only one nomination for this vacancy, Mr H. W. Lawrence, and he also waa declared duly elected by the returning office*.-
