THE CANADIAN EXPLORER. The Canadian Government Merchant Marine is in receipt of cable advice that the Canadian Exploier arrived at Panama at l a.m. on August 12th from Montreal, aud sailed again at 4 p.m. the same day for New ports. The vessel is due at Auckland on September 9th, and at Wellington on September 14th. KENT AT PANAMA. Tiie New Zealand Shipping Company advise that the steamer Kent, which sailed from Wellington on July 23rd, arrived at Panama on August 13th, and sailed the same day to continue her voyage to Genoa, Havre, Glasgow, Liverpool and Avoninouth. CARGO FROM THE EAST. It is announced by the Union Company that the steamer Nirvana, which left Calcutta on Friday morning last fbr Fremantle, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney, has a quantity of cargo for transhipment at Sydney for Auckland. THE WIRRAL. The Wirral arrived at Dunedin yesterday morning; thence to Hobart to complete discharge. (N.Z.S. Co.) THE ROTORUA AT AUCKLAND. The Port Campbell was to leave Lyttelton last night for Wellington to continue Homeward loading, thence to Wanganui, sailing finally from Wanganui on August 23rd for London, via Panama. She is due here to-day, and sails tomorrow for Wanganui. SITTANG IN~IX)CK. The Sittang, after losing her propeller off the Otago Heads, was towed back to Port Chalmers by a Harbour Board tug on Saturday afternoon. She went into dry dock yesterday for overhaul and repairs. THE^NORFOIK. The Norfolk, loading at Lyttelton, sailed yesterday afternoon for New Plymouth, thence to Wanganui and Wellington.
