CHOCOLATE ALEXANDRA
Make a chocolate cream with one and a half pints of milk, a quarter of a pound of grated chocolate, three ounces of sugar, a little vanilla flavouring, two level tablespoonsful of cornflour and a gill of whipped cream. Boil all together for quite five minutes. Line a mould with sponge fingers and pour over them the chocolate cream. Leave in a cold place until set. Turn out into a glass dish, and serve with more .whipped cream if
