THE VOGUE FOR PERFORATED FABRICS
Perforated stuffs are to enjoy- a special favour this season. Closely resembling the brodfirie anglais© that adorns linens is the decoupe (or “cutout”) design that ornament® many of tho new kashas, and even leathers and kid fabrics. One of the “shows” exhibited a charmeline on at with an allover perforated pattern, destined to be worn over one of those perfectly charming dead whit© crepe-de-chine frocks, closely pleated, that are to he “featured” this season. Materials of the thin and ephemeral persuasion are cut out to look like uncommon embroidery and lace.
