The Railway Commissioners have issued an ultimatum to all mine owners whose pits are not affected by the strike that from today the Commissioners have reserved ‘tho right to commandeer 50 per cent, of all coal hauled in their trucks. It is understood that the coal will be paid for at existing port rates.
