University education or equivalent. (ii.) Thorough knowledge of French, (iii.) Good knowledge of economic and social questions, including' labour legislation. (iv.) A knowledge of foreign languages other than French, and experience in editorial-work, ;will be considered advantages. Candidates must be New Zealand-born and must liave received the part of their education in. that country* They must be of . good health. SALARY: 11,000 Swiss francs (,£440) per annum (rising by annual- increments of 400 francs to 14,000 francs), less pension contributions and. other deductions, which at-present amount'to-7d> per cent.
