Australian and N.Z, Cable Association, The Swedish Government has resigned.

In a reorganisation of the Japanese Cabinet, subject to the Emperor’s sanction, Baron Inouye succeeds Mr M. Sengoku, Minister for Railways, who resigns. Mr Machiba replaces Mr Hayami, as Minister for Agriculture, who transfers to Finance, succeeding Baron Hamaguchi, who assumes tho portfolio of Home Affairs, which the Prime Minister holds at present.

The Canadian Minister for Finance, Mr J. A. Robb, is going to Parliament for authority to raise a Dominion loan not exceeding 150,000,000 dollars for the purpose of “paying, redeeming, or otherwise retiring the whole or any portion of the loans and obligations of Canada, and for public works and general purposes.”
