Per Press Association. m PALMERSTON NORTH, May 21. The matter of commencing the railway deviation as a means of relieving unemployment during the winter is being considered by the Public Works Department, according to a letter written to Mr J. A. Nash, M.P., by the Prime Minister, to whom representations on the subject were recently made.
