DRUNK IN COURT
CONVICTED OF CONTEMPT. Per Press Association. * NELSON, April 26. A man named Leonard Kerr, who appeared on a chargo of failing to send his child to school, was arrested in court for drunkenness. Subsequently the count was altered to contempt, to which the defendant pleaded guilty and was sent to prison for twenty-four hours.
