The Minister for Finance, speaking at the Chamber of Commerce annual meeting, stated that the surplus for the year’s working was expected to ho well over one million pounds. This has been caused without doubt, by careful and thoughtful financing and investing. If it is possible for the Government to show a profit, why not private individuals, especially if they are keen sighted and take advantage of every opportunity.
