BIG MEET AT BRISBANE SPORTS DATES ANNOUNCED FIXTURE LASTS A WEEK The New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association has been informed by, the Queensland A.A.A. that the following dates been fixed for events to be run at the Australasian Track and Field Gaines Championships to be held in Brisbane in August:— August 14th: First half Australian and New Zealand track and field

games championships:—loo yards, 440 yards, one mile, three-mile walk, I*2o yards hurdles, pole vault, throwing 16lb hammer, discus, hammer. August 17th: First half Australian and New Zealand Decathlon championships:—loo metres, 4HO . metres, hroad jump, high jump, putting 161 b shot. August 10th: Second half Decathlon championship:—loo metres hurdles, 1500 metises fiat, pole vault, discus, javelin. August 21st: Second half track and field championship:—22o yards, BSO yards, three miles, mile walk, 440 yards hurdles, broad jump, high jump, putting 161 b shot, relay. Tho meeting will be decided on the exhibition grounds*
