BOMB PUT IN OVEN

CHILDREN AND MOTHER HURT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association LONDON, April 18. The children of John Brown, a fish porter of Prestoq, were long in the habit of playing with a Mills bomb, and, thinking it harmless, finally put it in an oven. The bomb exploded, blowing the oven to pieces. Fragments were embedded in the walls and furniture. The mother and three children were seriously injured.
