TIMBER ON LINE PURELY ACCIDENTAL Per Pres* Association. i . NORTH, April 18. The striking by the southhound Limited on Saturday morning of a piece of firewood on the railway line between Bunnythorpe and Taonui, near the scenes of previous trainwrecking attempts, gave rise to many rumours over the weekend. The official assurances are that the happening was purely accidental, the Lillet having fallen off a passing good* train anl lain lengthways between the rails.
