PENNELL.—At Paeroa, on April 14th, John, relict of tho late Mary Pennell, in Ins 00th year. K.I.P. GIFFORD.—At his late residence, Eapaura, Marlborough, on April 16th, 1926, William Giflord; aged 78 years. STEPHENSON.—On April 15th, at 14, Dumpier street, Woolston, Christ-: church, William L.
