DIRECTOR OF WELFARE IN N.S.W. by Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyrigh: SYDNEY, March 24. The State Cabinet has decided to co-ordinate the work of maternal and child welfare throughout the State, and has appointed Dr Morris, at present senior medical officer in the Health Department, Director of Maternal and Baby Welfare. He will now give the whole of*his attention to the new position.
