WORK OF HOSPITAL BOARD EXPENDITURE BELOW ESTIMATE. Outdoor general relief.—Estimate for year £7650, for nine months £5737, actual expenditure £6032. above estimate £295. Medical services: Estimate for year £l5O. for nine months
