At the wool sales there was good competition in all sections for good to medium merino, the prices for which ruled equal to late rates. Faulty sorts irregular and difficult of sale. Comebacks and crossbreds sold at 5 per cent, below last week’s rates. Greasy merino sold to 29d. DAIRY PRODUCE LONDON VALUES. The secretary of the New Zealand Dairy Produce Board advises having received the following cable from the London office of the board “Butter-»Market very firm.
