ULSTER’S PRISONERS (Sydney "Sun" Cable.) LONDON, January 24. The Ulster Government, in accord., ance with the agreement with. Britain, which recommended the release of political prisoners, has granted an amnesty to 33 political prisoners, including Mr Mac Curtain- a member of the Dail, and 16 other participants in border raids, who were serving sen* tences of from three to ten years.
