Oddfellows m their first-innings scored 38 (Torrance 14. Mitchell 13). Benner took six wickets for 18. In the second innings they scored 83 (Smith 16, Hollis 27, Torrance 19). Eight Masterton batsmen made 123 (Williams 45. Foot 25. Renner 17). At Carterton, Carterton made 349 (Phillpotts 157) against United, who replied with 5 for 35.
