SMALLER OCCUPATION FORCE GERMANS INSISTENT. , beater's Telrgram. (Received January 24, 6.5 p.m.) BERLIN, January 23. The Reichstag unanimously decided that the Government should do its utmost to insist that the evacuation of the first occupation zone should be followed by a corresponding diminution of the occupying forces.
