The final* at the permanent hair-waving contest will be held at the National Sporting Club on February 3rd. Twenty-seven hairdressers from all parts of Britain have entered, end the preliminary heats ate being played off. Each hairdresser brings- his own girl, who. must be shingled. * Point* are awarded for speed and perfection. ’lt is expected that the winner will complete a perfect permanent wave in 70 minutes. The judges will he five leading hairdressers. A thousand spectators are expected.
