"The Re-creation of Brian Kent/' a Master picture, features Kenneth Harlan, Helene Chadwick, Ralph , Lewis, and Mary Carr. This story is of a bank-robber who was made great by the sacrifices of an old lady and the true, love of a young woman. Brian Kent is a character whom circumstances had. made a criminal. How his re-creation was effected is a work of art peculiarly original to Harold Bell Wright’s brilliant and understandable perf 1 . The story in type is carried to the cinema, since every detail in its film production was supervised by the author.

Kenneth Harlan, who has the best rcle of his career in Brian Kent, the hero of ‘"The Re-creation of Brian Kent, * to lie released by Master pictures, is one screen star, who did not rise from the ranks. He began 'his career as a leading man. Seldom has a player • found liia motion picture niche so quickly as Harlan, and kept it so securely. Unlike many stage players of several years ago when motion pictures had nbt attained the high standing of to-day, he did not scorn a screen career.
