PENALTY FOR FAILURE. Per Pres*: Association. _ HAMILTON, November 27. A fine of £lO was imposed on John Falloona, boarding-house keeper, of Rotorua, for neglecting to furnish income tax returns. Defendant relied on the department for a number of years to make default assessments which he accepted.
