PRIVY COUNCIL APPEALS
THREE FROM DOMINION. Per Frees Association. CHRISTCHURCH, November 27. Three New Zealand appeal cases are to be brought before the Privy Council in London next year, and prominent New Zealand counsel will represent the parties. In the case of Morgan v. Wright, the Ashburton case, Mr M. J.' Gresson (Christchurch) will appear for the appellant, and Mr M. Myers (Wellington) for the respondent. In another case, the appeal of Distributors, Limited, Mr Gresson will be with Mr Myers for the appellant. The third case is from Invercargill, Wilkinson v. nett.
