DEATH IN DOG’S' OBSTINACY A dog caused the death of William Stoker, was crossing the road with a dog on <t lead when the animal became ohstiitnte, and refusing to move caused Stoker to step into tho path of an oncoming motor van driven by Vivian Wells, aged 17. Though the van was travelling slowly Stoker was knocked down. His head struck the kerb and he sustained i fatal injuries.
