POLITICAL CONFUSION IN FRANCE INCREASED ANOTHER BREAKAWAY. Published in "The Times “ LONDON, November 7. The confusion already reigning m French politics has been further increased by the formation in the Chamber of Deputies'of a hew group called “La Gaqctie Independante.” It consists of 17 Opposition secessionists who voted with the Government, on November 3rd. There are now ten official groups in the Chamber, besides 30 so-called Independents, including Royalists.
