Serang beat Tactician over four furlongs in 51 4-6 sec. Star Ranger did strong work. Polonett and Royal Present covered seven furlongs in lmin S 3 2-ssec. Cawnpore beat Matter Doon over six furlongs in lmin 19 l-ssec. Sir Archie finished in front of Mosaic at the end of seven furlongs in lmin 31 4-sse<*. Arch Anile was in front of Joy Ride and Daylight at the end of seven furlongs. Romantic beat Charlady m a sprint, the last half mile taking 64sec. Kanieliamehn, Barometer. To Monanni, and Town Bank were in that order at the end of a round run in 2min 2 4rsse«. Appellant covered three furlongs in Hipo sprinted down tho straight. Ballymoy heat Dove over six furion gsi in lmin 18seC. Oration Tnn five furlongs in lmin 7 l-ssec, and Scot Free half a mile in Archibald, Exactly, and Sulla finished in that order qt the end of five furlongs run in lmin 7 3-ssec. Kiosk sprinted four furlongs in i 51 2-sser.. ■ Royal Mint did seven furlongs at a moderate pare. . Queen Arch ran the last three furlongs of her work in 41sec. Danae was in front of Wyoming and Killute at the end of six furlongs, in lmin 19 2-ssec. The former gave the other pair a start. Importer ran a round at a good atrong pace, being picked up by Day Bell over the last five furlongs, the pair finishing together. was better than Petei Amans over a round in 2min Bsee. Hard Prince went-over two hurdles twice, and afterwards galloped seven furlongs on the course proper.
