GREEK TROOPS WITHDRAWN NEUTRAL COMMISSION SET UP TO FIX RESPONSIBILITY By Telegraph.— Press Assn.—Copyright . Reuter's Teletrram. (Repeived October 30, 7.15 p.m.) > PARIS, October 29. . The Council of the League of Nations, is appointing a Commission of Inquiry into the Greco-Bulgarian dispute with Sir Horace Runibold, the British Ambassador at Madrid, as chairman. It will consist of ono French and one Italian officer, and one Dutch and one Swedish civilian, and will meet at Genova early in November and proceed to Macedonia. Meanwhile the three Allied investigators remain on the spot. (Sydney "Sun" Cable.) Mr Austin Chamberlain announced that Sir Horace Rumbold’s commission is. empowered to fix responsibility far the outbreak, suggest measures to prevent its recurrence, and fix the indemnity. Greece and Bulgaria have intimated their readiness' to accept the Council’s decision. The Council has received telegrams from Athens, announcing thnt the ©vacation of Bulgarian territory is complete, and explaining that a hitch occurred awing to the Bulgarians following up the Greeks too close!v, with the result that shots were exchanged, but the incident was not serious.'
