PLAYTIME UNDER THE SEA
O, This is so very much Summer, isn't it, that it makes us impatient for all the seaside fun that's coming! Who remembers that pale green-blue that the ■water is when the sun shines through . . . and the way the vivid seaweeds mingle and sway? Here is a picture waiting for just those very colours. Pencil or paint, and ages on the back . . . and there's a imzo for the best one of all.
