Thb i Duke of Connaught, "who was- supported by the Duke., of York, Prince Arthur of Connaught, Lord Lascelks, an'lT' representatives of Freemasonry from all parts of the world, announced that" as a result or the festival, the amount already subscribed . of \ promised —amounts to £826,014, of which _ £60,801 comes .from districts and oraer lodges overseas, £351,520 from the provinces, and £413,602 from London., Of this amount inofe’ than half a tnu■lion was already in hand. .
