Officials declare that the contemplated flight of PBI to "Hawaii will not take place tins’year. Pl3l, which was left behind when other seaplanes attempted the flight, is not yet m shape for a real trial, but will make n lost flight on September 21st, before leaving for San Diego, where she will be permanently based.
