WELLINGTON SOUTH NURSING DIVISION
The fortnightly meeting of the AVellington South pursing Division was 'held recently, when u record number of members assembled on the occasion of the final of the divisional Championship sqnnd competition and also of tile Platts-Mills Cup competition. Dr Duke acted as judge of the former, and Messrs Richardson, Dutton, and Ward of the latter competitions. Tho following squad was successful in gaining the position of divisional championship squad to represent the division in the forthcoming inter-district cup competition Mrs Betts (No. 4). Miss Anderson, Miss Hankins, Miss Kidd. The Dr Platts-Mills Cup competition was won by tlio following members:— Mrs ltussell (No. 4), Miss Hankins, Miss Atkins, Miss Kidd. Tha judges congratulated the members on til© standard of work maintained, and were accorded a very hearty vote ol thanks for their services. "Words of congratulation were expressed at the honour conferred upon Miss C. Butts, a member of the division, who has been awarded the long service medal of St. John Ambulance Brigade Overseas. It is announced that a jumble sale will be held in the Victoria Hall shortly.
