SIMILAR TRADEMARKS
APPEAL AGAINST REGISTRAR’S DECISION. Before His Honour Mr Justice Ostler, in the Supreme Court yesterday, was heard an appeal by J. and J. Abel, Ltd., against the refusal of the registrar to accept a trade-mark. Mr C. G. White represented the appellants, while Mr H. H. Cornish appeared for The respondent# (R. Jamieson and Co., Ltd.). After the hearing of further evidence, the court adjourned, His Honour reserving his decision.
