SOUTH AUSTRALIAN CROPS

By Tolegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. ADELAIDE, Jnly 30. The Government Statistician reports that the wheat return for the 1924-5 season was 30,528,625 bushels, an average of 12.21 bushels per acre, compared with 34,551,955 bushels, and an average of 14.29 bushels per acre in the previous season.

The barley production was 3,103,718 bushels, an average of 18.16 bushels per acre, compared with 3,251,865 bushels and an average of 17.65 bushels per acre last year. Oats totalled 1,939,415 bushels, and the average was 12.5 bushels per acre, as agaifißt 2.157,938 bushels and an average of 12.24 bushels.
