GREEK INDICTED

A SERIOUS CHARGE.

John Boolieris, a Greek, and restaurant proprietor, stood his trial at the Supreme Court yesterday before His Honour , the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) and a jury of twelve on charges of unlawfully supplying instruments and medicine.

Mr P. S. ,K. Macassey appeared for th* Crown, and Mr H. F. O’Leary for the accused. The case was unfinished when the court rose yesterday afternoon, and will be continued this morning.
