BILL PASSES'THIRD READING MUST CONFORM TO STANDARD. , Reuter’s Telegram. ’ LONDON, July 24.' The Therapeutic'Substance Bill; to ensure the purity and strength of vaccines and anti-toxines, and providing that such 'substances of foreign origin not yet manufactured in Britain must conform to prescribed- standards of strength, quality, ynd purity, was read the third -time in the House’ of Com--mons. Sfr Kingsley Wood, on- behalf of the Ministry of Health, explained that the Bill would cover serums, such as the Spahlinger serum.
