HAMILTON SESSIONS PRISONERS SENTENCED. Per Press Association. HAMILTON. June 10. At tho Supreme Court. Charles Tuhi, a native, for stealing a horse, was sentenced to reformative detention for twelve months. Reginald Sumner, for breaking, entering, and theft, was admitted to probation for two yearn. Joseph Wilson, for breaking, entering, and theft, was ordered two years’ reformative detention. James Thomas, charged with fraud by means of a cheque, was found not guilty. Pat Clancy was charged with stealing a watch and chain from a sleeping passenger at the Frankton Railway Station. The jury failed to agree, and a new trial was ordered. REFORMATIVE DETENTION AUCKLAND, Juno 10. At tho Supremo Court, Hugh Griffiths I’arry was sentenced to five years’ reformative detention on each of five charges of indecent assaults on males, sentences to he concurrent.
