The vessel has case oil, general cargo and sulphur, for discharge at Auckland, Lyttelton, Bluff and Australian ports. CANADIAN CONQUEROR REPORTED. Advice has been received by the Canadian Government Line that the steamer Canadian Conqueror, which loaded in New Zealand and sailed from Auckland on May 12th for New York, Boston and Montreal, arrived at Panama on Juno 7th and left again in continuation of her voyage the tame day. CANADIAN SKIRMISHER. To continue her discharge of Canadian cargo the Canadian Government steamer Canadian Skirmisher is due at Wellington early to-morrow morning from Auckland. She leaves this port again on Monday, June 15th, for Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge and to commence loading. The steamer is under the command of Captain W. ORARI FOR WELLINGTON. The New Zealand Shipping Company advise that the steamer Orari leaves New Plymouth to-morrow for Wellington, nnd arrives here on Saturday to continue her loading. She afterwards proceeds to Gisborne, thence Auckland, to complete, and sails finally from the latter port on June 27th for Genoa and London via Panama. ROTORUA AT PORT CHALMERS. .The Now Zealand Shipping Company advise that the iiner Rotorua arrived at Port Chalmers yesterday from Timaru to completo her discharge of London cargo, and to commence Homeward loading. She subsequently fills up at Timaru, thence Napier and Wellington, and 6aile finally from this port on June 27th for Southampton and London via Panama. KEELUNG FROM NEW YORK. HAUBAKI CLEARS FANNING ISLAND.

33n route from Sydney, the Union Company advise that tho trans-Pacific cargro istearner Hauraki arrived at Fanning Island at 6 a.m. on Friday, June 6tli, and continued her voyage at 4 p.m. tho same day for Vancouver. NEW LINER COMORIN. Now on her maiden voyage, the new P. and O. liner Comorin, a sister ship to the Cathay, is due at Fremantle from London on June 26th. Built by Messrs Barclay, Curie and Co., Ltd., she comSleted successful trials in the Firth of lydo, tho mean speed attained being 17J knots. She has a length of 545 ft, breadth of 70ft, and depth of 46ft, -with a gross tonnage of 15,000, and will carry 11,000 tons deadweight. Of the total capacity for cargo 600,000 cubic feet, 300,000 cubic feet is insulated for the carriage of refrigerated cargo preserved at any desired temperature by powerful refrigerating machinery supplied by Messrs J. and K. Hall, Ltd., Dartford. The propelling machinery consist* of twin screw quadruple expansion balanced engine« and seven large boilers of 2201 b pressure, burning oil fuel under forced draught. A Ramsay patent marine governor is fitted. Everything that contributes to safety, comfort and convenience has been installed, noteworthy among which are the most modern system of handling tho extensive number of lifeboats, the mechanical appliances for working the watertight doors, the five large electric generating engines and dynamos, and the mechanical ventilation throughout. OIL FUEL STATION AT ST. VINCENT A fuel oil installation has just been established at the above port by Messrs Millers and Corys, Cape Verde Island, Ltd., of Cory Buildings, Cardiff. This is an addition to their coal depot, and is capable of dealing with SCO tons of oil hourly, the fuel being brought alongside tho bunkering ship in lighters fitted with pumps, each lighter having its engine and boiler for this purpose. Both fuel and Diesel oil will be available. The St. Vincent coal depot established by the same firm was opened so far back as SWAYNH AND HOYT UNITS. Direct for New Plymouth, Wellington, Lyttelton, Napier and Auckland, the Norwcgian-Australian steamer Tugela left Antwerp on May 29th. She lias loaded at Baltic ports, and is due at New Plymouth next month. SWEDISH SHIPBUILDING. In Sweden last year among the large vessels launched were motor ships of 20\C40 tons, and steamers of only 4723 tons. At the beginning of the year steamers of 5510 tons were being built, and motor ships of 37,400 tons. KENT HOME. Cable advice has been received by the New Zealand Shipping Company that the steamer Kent arrived at London on June 9tli. The Kent loaded in New Zealand, and sailed from Wellington on May 2nd. TUNGSHA WITH PHOSPHATES. Now discharging at Sydney, th& Nor-wegian-Australian motor ship Tungsha . is to come on to Auckland to unload 1500 tons of Red Sea phosphates. Messrs W. 9. Laurie and Co. have been advised that i tho vessel will reach Auckland on Monday. Hence she proceeds to Lyttelton to complete discharge. Captain Christensen, on arrival at Brisbane, reported an uneventful trip, the vessel maintaining good time, averaging 12 knots. About 800 tons of cargo were unloaded at Brisbane* PIAKO COMPLETING. To complete her loading the Federal ' S.N. Company advise that the steamer Riako arrived at Auckland early yesterday morning, and leaves again ou Saturday, via New York and Boston. NORFOLK AT LYTTELTON. The Federal S.N. Company's steamer Norfolk arrived at Lyttelton yesterday from AVellington, and leaves again on Saturday for Dunedin to complete her discharge of Liverpool cargo. AVEIST CALERA FROM AMERICA. Laden with 2,450,000 feet of timber, including 800,0D0 feet for discharge at Auckland, 48,1-10 cases of benzine, 635 bogs of American letter and parcel nail, and a quantity of general cargo, the freighto.- West Calera, belonging to tho Swayne and Hoyt Line, arrived at Auckland late Monday night, and anchored in the stream until Tuesday morning, when she was taken to a berth at the eastern side of the Prince's wharf. The vessel is to leave Auckland on Saturday for Wellington* Dunedin, and Sydney to complete discharge. On her recent m* the AVest Calera commenced loading at Gray's Harbour, and left there on April 23rd for Seattle, where she arrived the following day. Thence she went on to Vancouver and San Francisco to oora- ! nlete her cargo and took her final do* nurture from the last-named port <n May 13th. An uneventful, fair weather ' trip was experienced crossing the Pacific, , the steamer averaging 9.32 knots. Her best day's run was fegistered on May 29th when she logged 242 miles.
