FREEMASONS LOCKED OUT
At the Westminster County Court Judge Frobin granted the trustees of the Portland Lodge of Freemasons an interim injunction restraining the corporation from locking up tho lodge room,in the Town Hall. For the corporation it was alleged that the Freemasons had broken the terms of the lease by sub-letting at a profit. • “The corporation’s action, was wrong from the beginning to end,” said the judge. "Under the lease the lodge has a right to jet .the.'premises to another lodge.”
