ACCIDENT OPPOSITE THE "MIDLAND.”
A lady whilst hurriedly boarding a Karori tram car had her 'hands rather overfall ,of parcels. A small packet d< ne up m chemist’s wrapping paper fell on the roadway w ith a dull splash ! "Uh, my -lecior.s Q-tot all wasted,” exclaimed the fair dame as she ruefully regarded the loss, quite regardless of the eonduetcr’s impatient "lliuiy on, please!”
