MOTORIST ARRESTED
ALLEGEDLY DRUNK IN CHARGE OF VEHICLE. The arrest was made late on Saturday afternoon of a man named William Henry Carlow, who was ohartged with being drunk while in charge of a motorcar. It is alleged that Constable Bennington, while on duty at Newtown at 4.45 p.m., discovered acoused in a state of inebriacy, and accordingly arrested him with the aid of Sergeant Butler. Carlow, who was hailed out last night, will appear in court this morning.
