LUDENDOBFF A CANDIDATE. WITH FIVE OTHERS. (Sydney "Sun" Cable.) BERLIN, March 19. The People’s Party has nominated General von Ludenctortt for the Presidency. Other candidates are Herr James (Right), Dr Marx (Centre), Herr Braun (Socialist), Herr Hellpach (Democratic) and Herr Thaalman (Communist). IMPASSE IN PRUSSIA. Reuter’s Telegram. BERLIN, March 19., Dr Marx has declined the Prussian Premiership owing to the failure of his efforts to iorm a Cabinet commanding an absolute majority in the Prussian Diet. It is now .proposed to form a socalled Business Cabinet.
