Sir Ronald Lindsay, the new British Ambassador to Turkey, has presented his credentials at Angora. Angora, the seat of the Turkish Government since Kemal Pasha rose to power, is an little town in Asia Minor. Transport and sanitary facilities are of primitive type, and accommodation for visitors is at a premium. Plans have been announced to make Angora a model city, incorporating the best features of the great capitals of the world.
