ANNIVERSARY DAY EVENTS.' | SUBURBS RULE - CLUB. On Anniversary Day the annual competition for the “Daw -Mail” Cup will be fired at Trentham by members of the Suburban Defence Rifle Club. Members will leave Lambtoa' by train at 7A a.ni., and the competition will' commence as Soon as possible, after arrival at -Trentham. Seven abota , and two optional siglfters will be .fired at 900, 500, 600, 'BOO, ODD, and' 10000 vafde» Several handicaps tor the day have beenarranged by . the club handioanper, Riflemen T. ;GoodaJl. The Memorial Cup and three trophies, have bean auottw to the short range aggregate. The Sir John end Lady Luke Cup and three trophies will .be hwarded ae orizee in the long range -aggregate. Brizes in the grand aggregate over all distances will be as follow,:—Lame “Daily Mail" Cup and a miniature (highest*-ore off rifle); three trwhies (handicaps included); two trophies (handicaps included, but for B grade men onlyj. A gold brooch presented by Mrs &. F. MoEeen will be -awarded to the B, .grade' member registering the most bulls-eyee- ovCr all ranges. - .
