FRANCO-GERMAN RELATIONS. Beuter’s Telegram ! (Received January 18, 5.5 p.m.)PARIS, January 17. A plenary meeting of the Franco-Ger-man delegations reached a deadlock. 1 The Germans are referring to the German Government the latest French proposals, 1 including the regulation of products from Alsace-Lorraine and the minimum tariff to be applied to imports from Germany.
