EARTHQUAKES AT ARDAHAN. Australian and N.Z CaVn Awociatioa CONSTANTINOPLE, Jan. 16. - Earthquakes are -occurring at Ardaban where five village* have been completely and 44 partially destroyed. The killed already total 140, and 33 have been injured. Ardahan is a district' in Trans-Cau-oasia, 40 miles north-west of Kars. Its population is under 2000.
