An interesting osse nkr the Land Agents Act was heard in tee Ifaghtrato’s Court by Mr Dyer, 6JL, yesterday, when L. Honings was charged with cairyi ng on the business of a land agent without a license. The evidence disclosed that one sale and tiberal offers to sell the same propertjyhad been made. The magistrate held that this constituted continuity of business, and was not an isolated case. Ho imposed tee full penalty of £SO, tee defendant having received £137 in onmmiwßon, to which he was not entitled.
